Born in Bangalore.
Inspired by every dhaba table.

It started with Sirke wali Pyaaz — those humble little pickled onions that magically appear alongside a good meal but are somehow impossible to find good ones of in Bangalore.

So we started making our own. Small batches, real vinegar, fresh produce sourced locally, no shortcuts. Sirka — which means vinegar in Hindi — felt like the only right name.

We added cucumbers and jalapeños for variety. Everything is made fresh when you order. No months-old stock. Just genuinely good pickles delivered to your door.
